Shipping:
All orders ship from Canmore, Alberta, Canada
Most orders of in-stock inventory will be shipped within 5 business days from the date the order was placed.
Most Custom and Ashes To Art Memorial orders will be completed and shipped within 8 weeks (re: Memorials, 8 weeks from the time we receive the ashes). We will be in touch with you if there is a significant delay.
Within Canada: We ship insured via Canada Post Expedited with a tracking number and signature. It ususally takes around 2-8 days for delivery to most locations. If you would like your order shipped RUSH or you prefer to use a courier, please select the “Bill Me Separately” shipping option and contact us for a quote.
USA: USPS requires packages containing cremated ashes to be shipped via the ExpressPost service with a signature. There are other options available for regular (non-memorial) inventory, please contact us for a quote.
Orders consisting of ONLY jewelry and with a shipping destination within Canada have the option of being shipped in a flat-rate ExpressPost envelope. Select the ‘Bill Me Separately” option at checkout we will email you a separate invoice. If you select this option but your order consists of any items other than jewelry, we will email you an invoice for the corresponding parcel shipping charge according to your order.
If you have selected the “Bill Me Separately” shipping option, please include any special instructions you have for us regarding shipping in the “Note” section of the checkout page.
USA and International Orders: The recipient will be responsible for any applicable customs and brokerage fees and sales tax
International: We do ship internationally. If your order is to be shipped anywhere outside of Canada and the United States, please select the “Bill Me Separately” option and we will contact you with regard to your shipping options. Memorials are subject to the rules and regulations in place in the respective country. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping to multiple addresses: We can ship to multiple addresses. The easiest way to do this is to place a separate order for each ship-to address. Alternately you may email us with shipping instructions and we will calculate the shipping fees and any applicable sales tax adjustments and email you an invoice. If the orders are for memorials please make a note with regard to which box to include to remaining ashes.
Please ensure that you have correctly entered your ship-to address information correctly and completely, including your unit number. If your parcel is returned to us becuase of an incorrect or incomplete address you are responsible for all additional postage.
Returns:
Ashes To Art Memorials: Due to the exceptionally custom nature of this work we are not able to accept returns. However if you are not happy with your order please contact us and we will do what we can for you.
Regular Stock Inventory: If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We will credit the full amount of the item less a 3% fee (our merchant services provider no longer refunds their merchant fees) as long as it is returned in new condition The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Cancelling or Changing an Order:
Ashes To Art Memorials: If you change your mind, you may change or cancel your order any time before we have started to work on it. Note that if the stars line up we do often start working on your order as early as the same day that we receive the ashes. If we have already started to work on your order unfortunately due to the custom nature of this work we are not able to make changes or cancel and issue a refund however most of the time there will be enough ashes to add another item to your order so please contact us. If we have not started on your order yet and you decide to cancel please contact us and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Regular Stock Inventory: You may cancel your order for a refund if we have not yet shipped your order. If it has already been shipped and you have changed your mind, please see our Returns policy above.
